Social Media Marketeer

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Role & Responsibilities:

Our brand is our most important asset! Kevin, our CEO, is a branding expert. You will work alongside Kevin and the brand activation team; the Creative Director, the Social Media Marketeer, and the Event Manager. Together you will focus on developing unconventional, exciting content to get the attention of the public and our customers.

Specifically, you will focus on:

- Co-building the branding and marketing strategy, where you will be solely responsible for all social media channels.
- Scheduling social media posts for; TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Leading the communication with 3rd parties (e.g. influencers) to create content.
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Implementing SEO best practices.
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Managing the marketing budget.

Must-Have:

- 2+ years of experience in driving social media traffic 
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where pro-activity was the norm is strongly preferred.
- Recent experience scaling a brand from inception to profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field. 
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a business with activity-based project costing.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
- Fluent in English AND Spanish.

Sales Lead Spain

Role & Responsibilities:

Together with our team, you will be responsible for driving sales throughout Barcelona. As we are a startup you have the ability to expand on your role and responsibilities from day one. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

- Establish, develop and nurture long-term relationships with our clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Must-Have:

- 1+ years of sales (internship) experience, preferably in FMCG.

New Product Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

We are currently working on new products internally and together with our main clients. As a brand, we are convinced that consumers care the most about taste when choosing a product. It’s your responsibility that you integrate our formulation in all new products and create the juiciest and tastiest product on the market.

- Develop new products for the Foodservice market.
- Work together with major clients, to develop customized products.
- Develop limited edition products for events.
- Work on the industrialization of all products.
- Work together with technology-driven FoodTech startups, to integrate their technology into our product. 
- Visit clients to advise them on how to integrate RIP™ Foods into their menu.
- Create RIP™ dishes for photoshoots.

Must-Have:

- 3+ years of experience in developing new products.
- Experience working in a growing start-up environment is strongly preferred.
- Recent experience developing a product from scratch to an industrial product. 
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary development.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Head of Sales Spain

Role & Responsibilities:

Supported by the CEO and COO you will be leading the sales in Spain. You will receive all the freedom to set up the sales team that you think will enable us to build long-term relationships with customers. This job is for the ones who are eager to set their next step in their ambitious career to the top. 

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Co-create the sales strategy and lead the sales in Spain.
- Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting.
- Build processes and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Work collaboratively across the team – including operations, finance, brand activation, and product development.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers.
- Integrate IT systems to optimize the sales process.

You will work alongside Kevin and the brand activation team; Creative Director, Social Media Marketeer, and Event Manager. Together you will focus on developing unconventional, exciting content to get the attention of the public and our customers.

Specifically, you will focus on:

- Co-building the branding and marketing strategy, where you will be solely responsible for the content.
- Creating and executing the content for social media; TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Deciding on other ways to expose our brand.
- Align our website with our brand identity.
- Write text for our packaging.
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Managing a content marketing budget.
- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.

Must-Have:

- 2+ years of experience in creating content (written and/or visual).
- Working experience in a fast-paced environment where pro-activity was the norm.
- Recent experience scaling a brand from inception to profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing/content-related field.
